Why private event pricing is different
Walk-up prices apply when guests purchase individually at public events or open vending locations. Private event pricing is based on a service minimum, not just individual drink prices.
Your event package reserves our truck/setup, preparation, travel, service time, supplies, toppings, cleanup, and a dedicated guest experience.
Attendee-Paid Events
Guests purchase individually from our walk-up menu. A minimum sales commitment may apply based on the event size, location, service time, expected attendance, and event conditions.
If the agreed minimum is not reached through guest purchases, the organizer is responsible for the remaining difference. Organizer-paid private catering packages are also available.
Travel Fee
- Travel fees are based on distance from our Tampa Bay service area.
- Travel and service fees are separate unless specifically included in your quote.
- Any travel fee is confirmed after reviewing your location.
